Do you thrive on advising customers and building long-term relationships? Do you know how to keep things running smoothly? We are looking for a new colleague to take on the following core tasks:- Competent advice and support for our clients in all personal loan matters
- Developing solutions that are tailored to the customer's wishes
- Recognizing sales opportunities and consistently exploiting potential
- The opportunity to use your sales flair for our first-class product range
- Thorough examination of loan applications together with internal departments
- Implementation of outbound campaigns
- Various administrative tasks such as recording and checking customer data
What we wish for
- Banking apprenticeship or KV degree with very good grades
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Knowledge
- High flexibility and pronounced
- Pleasure and openness for customers
- Independent, precise work and
- Fluent German - any other language welcome
