The role

Do you thrive on advising customers and building long-term relationships? Do you know how to keep things running smoothly? We are looking for a new colleague to take on the following core tasks:

• Competent advice and support for our clients in all personal loan matters
• Developing solutions that are tailored to the customer's wishes
• Recognizing sales opportunities and consistently exploiting potential
• The opportunity to use your sales flair for our first-class product range
• Thorough examination of loan applications together with internal departments
• Implementation of outbound campaigns
• Various administrative tasks such as recording and checking customer data

What we wish for

• Banking apprenticeship or KV degree with very good grades
• At least 2 years of professional experience
• Knowledge
• High flexibility and pronounced
• Pleasure and openness for customers
• Independent, precise work and
• Fluent German - any other language welcome
