UBS is seeking an experienced executive for its UHNW team in St. Gallen to lead the team and handle client advisory services and relationship management. The position requires extensive experience in banking, many years of experience in client advisory services, and broad expertise in financial services and products.
The role

We are looking for a new colleague to take on the following responsibilities:- You will motivate and lead the local UHNW team from our St. Gallen office. In doing so, you will ensure that all client advisors, assistants, and specialists provide solutions tailored to the needs, requirements, and goals of your clients and prospects, and that all clients receive comprehensive advice across our full range of services.
- We proactively involve our investment, financing, and wealth planning specialists as needed.
- You will help plan and support our growth goals through a targeted process designed to strengthen customer relationships and attract new customers.
- You are responsible for achieving the targets effectively and efficiently using the available resources.
- You assess and nurture team members’ strengths, development potential, skills, and knowledge. In doing so, you ensure that measures are implemented in a targeted and timely manner.
What we wish for
You have:- A bachelor's degree from a university and/or a university of applied sciences.
- Extensive experience in banking.
- Extensive experience in customer service.
- Extensive, in-depth expertise in the areas of financial services and products.
- A passion for sales and acquiring new customers.
