The demand for video advice is growing continuously. Clients appreciate the convenience of personal advice via remote, allowing them to communicate with the bank from any location.

Tasks

• You are responsible for a client portfolio and are committed to ensuring that our clients feel they are receiving the best possible service
• Concentrate fully on the customer relationship throughout the entire life cycle
• You support our customers with complex issues, e.g. mortgage requests
• They use innovative tools, apps and video technology in customer service to create the best possible customer experience.

What we wish for

• Experience in customer service
• Sound understanding and expertise in the areas of finance, investments and pensions
• Hands-on mentality, team player and curiosity to further develop our remote technology
• Efficient and structured way of working and high service orientation
• Routine in the efficient use of IT and tools
• Fluent German and negotiation skills in English are also an advantage.
