The position as a Client Advisor in Personal & Corporate Banking at UBS in Zurich offers the opportunity to advise and support demanding affluent clients remotely. The focus is on the client relationship along the entire lifecycle, using innovative tools and video technology.
The role

The demand for video advice is growing continuously. Customers appreciate the convenience of personal advice via remote, allowing them to communicate with the bank from any location.
- You are responsible for a client portfolio and are committed to ensuring that our clients feel they are receiving the best possible service
- Concentrate fully on the customer relationship throughout the entire life cycle
- You support our customers with complex requests, e.g. mortgage requests
- They use innovative tools, apps and video technology in customer service to create the best possible customer experience.
What we wish for
- Experience in customer service
- Sound understanding and expertise in the areas of finance, investments and pensions
- Hands-on mentality, team player and new to further developing our remote technology
- Efficient and structured way of working and high service orientation
- Routine in the efficient use of IT and tools
- Fluent German and negotiating skills in English are an enormous advantage.
