UBS Card Center AG is seeking a Client Advisor for Relationship Management in Personal & Corporate Banking to provide telephone-based advice and support to clients worldwide. The ideal candidate has excellent German and French language skills and is committed to customer service and working efficiently.

The role

The role includes:
  • Telephone support for our customers worldwide (inbound calls only)
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and credit card availability
  • Assisting our customers with questions about all e-services
  • Building a comprehensive understanding of our products, processes, and services
  • Supporting our customers in the event of unexpected incidents or emergencies, such as lost cards or fraud

What we wish for

We are looking for someone who:
  • has completed their education
  • is available for a workload of 80–100%
  • has excellent spoken German and French skills
  • Customer inquiries are answered competently and courteously
  • works reliably, independently, and efficiently
  • has a proactive customer-focused approach
  • is a communicative person
