UBS Card Center AG is seeking a Customer Advisor for Relationship Management in Personal & Corporate Banking to provide telephone-based advice and support to clients worldwide. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, assisting with e-services, and building expertise in products and services.
The role
The role includes:- Telephone support for our customers worldwide (inbound calls only)
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and credit card availability
- Assisting our customers with questions about all e-services
- Building a comprehensive understanding of our products, processes, and services
- Supporting our customers in the event of unexpected incidents or emergencies, such as lost cards or fraud
What we wish for

- has excellent spoken German and French skills
- Customer inquiries are answered competently and courteously
- works reliably, independently, and accurately
- places an emphasis on active customer service
- is a communicative person
