Customer consulting / relationship management

UBS Card Center AG is seeking a client advisor for Relationship Management in Personal & Corporate Banking to provide telephone-based advice and support to clients worldwide. The ideal candidate has excellent German and French language skills and is available to work 80–100% of full-time hours.

The role

The role includes:
  • Telephone support for our customers worldwide (inbound calls only)
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and credit card availability
  • Assisting our customers with questions about all e-services
  • Building a comprehensive understanding of our products, processes, and services
  • Supporting our customers in the event of unexpected incidents or emergencies, such as lost cards or fraud

What we wish for

We are looking for someone who:
  • has completed their education
  • is available for a workload of 80–100%
  • has excellent spoken German and French skills
  • Responding to customer concerns in a professional and solution-oriented manner
  • works reliably and independently
  • places an emphasis on active customer service
  • is a communicative person
