Customer consulting / relationship management
The position as a customer advisor in the area of relationship management at BANK-now in Zurich involves processing and checking loan applications and supporting sales partners. The ideal candidate will have a commercial banking apprenticeship and experience in customer advisory services.
The role
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for processing and checking the credit applications of our sales partners for the Zurich / Eastern Switzerland region. This includes processing dossiers and supporting sales partners in connection with order processing. You will be responsible for checking the completeness and accuracy of contract copies. As a direct contact person, you offer our sales partners excellent service and communicate financing decisions. You will provide active sales support.What we wish for
- Commercial banking apprenticeship or comparable vocational training
- You have 2 years or more experience in customer service
- Ability to work in a team and collegial working style
- An independent and precise way of working
- High flexibility, initiative and ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in German and a good command of English an advantage
