The role

Core tasks

• At the branches on the right bank of Lake Zurich, you will represent UBS, warmly welcome clients, and take on the role of host.
• You advise customers on the topics of payments and savings, pensions and investments and develop your specialist knowledge in these areas.
• You inspire customers to embrace the digital world and help them navigate digital banking, mobile banking, and TWINT.
• And finally, you help to transfer your know-how and experience within the branch offices.

Requirements

• You are interested in banking and enjoy meeting new people every day.
• You can win over customers at first glance and are welcome in the team! You are driven and committed in your work.
• You are flexible and willing to do the work that needs to be done.
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English; if you have additional language skills, all the better!
