Core tasks

• In der Geschäftsstelle repräsentierst Du die UBS, begrüßt die Kundinnen und Kunden warmherzig an unserem Empfang und übernimmst die Gastgeberrolle.
• Du kümmerst Dich stets um das Besuchermanagement, nimmst Kundenanliegen wahr und hilfst diese zu erledigen.
• And finally, you will get customers excited about the digital world and help them to use e-banking, mobile banking or TWINT.

Requirements

• Du kannst die Kundinnen und Kunden mit ihrem Namen ansprechen.
• You are comfortable in a team and enjoy working together to achieve goals.
• You are fluent in German and English.
