Client Advisory / Relationship Manager, Personal & Corporate Banking

The role

Do you thrive on advising customers and building long-term relationships? Do you know how to keep things running smoothly? We are looking for a new colleague to take on the following core tasks:

• Competent advice and support for our customers in all matters relating to personal loans
• Developing solutions tailored to customer requirements
• Recognizing sales opportunities and consistently exploiting potential
• The opportunity to use your sales flair for our first-class product range
• Thorough examination of loan applications together with internal departments
• Implementation of outbound campaigns
• Various administrative tasks such as entering and checking customer data

Requirements

• Banking apprenticeship or commercial degree with comparable additional training
• Initial to several years of professional experience
• Knowledge of the credit and/or leasing business
• High flexibility, as well as a genuine enthusiasm for and openness toward customers
• The ability to work independently and with precision, strong command of written German, and good verbal communication skills
