Customer Service/Customer Service Representative

BEKB is looking for a client advisor who can build lasting relationships with clients and support them throughout their lives. The client advisor will serve as the first point of contact for private clients, answering questions and helping to resolve issues.

Tasks

As a customer service representative, you are the first point of contact for our private customers. Your responsibilities include:
  • Handling customer inquiries in writing, by phone, and electronically
  • Drafting responses to our customers' open questions and concerns
  • Answering questions and providing assistance in resolving issues
  • Proactive resolution of individual customer issues

Requirements
