Customer Service/Customer Service Representative

Tasks

• You will handle written, telephone, and email customer inquiries and assist the team in responding to customer inquiries—for example, by scheduling appointments, arranging payments, and answering questions about our products and services.
• As a center of expertise, you serve as first-line support for the various departments. You provide information, assist with handling customer inquiries, and act as a point of contact for your colleagues.
• You will serve as the point of contact for all financial matters. You will assist with handling complex financial issues and take responsibility for liquidity and financial planning.
• First and foremost, you are the primary point of contact for your customers and act as the liaison between product and service offerings for your private clients.
• You will be responsible for providing the customer with a customized mix of products and services.
• You will nurture and strengthen your relationships with your customers and colleagues.
