Customer service representative (retention)

The position as Customer Service Representative (Retention) at Swisscard AECS requires completed vocational training and experience in outbound customer service, as well as strong sales skills and language skills in German, French, and English. The position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and to develop both professionally and personally.

Tasks

The position involves responsibility for providing customer support (retention) and persuasion by telephone.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training and several years of experience, ideally in outbound customer service at a service company (e.g., telecommunications, insurance, or finance industry)
  • Strong sales skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a confident manner
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented personality with perseverance and initiative
  • High quality orientation combined with efficient and structured working methods
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a cooperative mindset
  • In addition to excellent German language skills, a high level of French and English is also essential, as well as knowledge of Italian.

Working conditions

Working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
