Customer advisor at the counter Workload: 80 - 100% Location: Schaffhausen and Neunkirch

Tasks

  • Independent processing of cash transactions at the counter
  • Supporting our customers in the use of basic services
  • Responsibility for the management of our ATMs and cash holdings
  • First point of contact for our customers - in person at the counter and by telephone
  • Designing customer experiences that will be remembered
  • Active contribution to the team and assumption of deputy tasks if required

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by banking expertise
  • Strong ability to work in a team
  • High degree of flexibility and willingness to work at both offices
  • Enjoy direct customer contact
  • Professional appearance and a strong customer and service orientation
