We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager Bank (60-100%) for our location in Oberwil.Tasks
- As the central point of contact for our customers, you ensure a professional reception and are responsible for the process and adherence to counter opening hours.
- Hospitality: You welcome our customers warmly and personally at our head office, look after them carefully and ensure that they feel welcome and comfortable with us.
- Appearance: You design our counter area as a meeting point for our customers, guests and interested parties.
- Communication: You have a confident, well-groomed and self-assured appearance and good manners.
- You advise our customers on all aspects of their accounts, cards and other products.
Requirements
- Experience: As a hostess or receptionist, you have already gained experience and know that processes are a pleasure when you feel comfortable.
- Education: You have completed training in finance, insurance or similar.
- You are interested in the world of banking and would like to build up or acquire your own specialist knowledge with our support.
