Tasks

• You are responsible for managing a client portfolio and making decisions on estates in Switzerland and abroad, including arranging financing and investments
• You are an important point of contact for heirs, authorities and internal departments and are in daily contact with them by telephone and in writing
• You analyze facts, use the scope for action and make case-related decisions
• You are actively involved in the further development and improvement of our processes

Requirements

• You have completed a banking apprenticeship, equivalent training or a background in law and have experience in customer contact
• You are familiar with or interested in matrimonial property and inheritance law and would like to develop your skills in this area
• You are service-oriented, empathetic and have a flair for recognizing and responding to individual needs
• You are a team player with a positive attitude and appreciate working in a supportive environment
