Tasks
- Development of customized solutions in collaboration with customers and internal product specialists
- Supporting pension fund specialists in their day-to-day business
- Participation in customer events and representation of the bank at relevant occasions
Requirements
- You are dynamic, committed, and have already gained initial experience in institutional investment business.
- Higher education (e.g., bachelor's degree, MAS, FA financial planner/banking, business economist HF/FH or comparable); further training in the field of investments (e.g., AZEK) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the pension market and, ideally, an existing network in the pension fund industry
- Enjoyment in acquiring new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships
- Confident manner, strong communication skills, and negotiating skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and a structured, goal-oriented approach to work
- Team player mentality and a high sense of responsibility
- Excellent language skills in German and English
