As a pension fund account manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of pension fund clients, expanding this portfolio, and acquiring new clients. You will develop tailor-made solutions for clients and support the team in its day-to-day business.

Tasks

  • Development of customized solutions in collaboration with customers and internal product specialists
  • Supporting pension fund specialists in their day-to-day business
  • Participation in customer events and representation of the bank at relevant occasions

Requirements

  • You are dynamic, committed, and have already gained initial experience in institutional investment business.
  • Higher education (e.g., bachelor's degree, MAS, FA financial planner/banking, business economist HF/FH or comparable); further training in the field of investments (e.g., AZEK) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the pension market and, ideally, an existing network in the pension fund industry
  • Enjoyment in acquiring new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships
  • Confident manner, strong communication skills, and negotiating skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and a structured, goal-oriented approach to work
  • Team player mentality and a high sense of responsibility
  • Excellent language skills in German and English
