Client advisor for private clients pensions (German/French, 100%)

Your tasks

• Support and advice for German and French-speaking private clients in the area of pensions (investment advice and asset management)
• Acquisition of new clients for investment and asset management solutions in the areas of investment, vested benefits and pillar 3a
• Processing customer inquiries by telephone and e-mail and conducting personal customer meetings on site
• Support and takeover of administrative tasks to relieve the senior account manager
• Development and active maintenance of the relationship network
• Preparation of investment proposals and performance of portfolio analyses
• Preparation of presentations for customer meetings
• Completion of various administrative tasks

Your professional profile

• Commercial training or high school diploma
• French (compulsory)
• Very good language skills in German and French
• Good expertise in the investment and pensions sector
• First professional experience in customer service at a bank or insurance company
• Experience in acquiring new customers
• Enjoy direct customer contact with good communication skills
• Strong customer orientation and service orientation
• High flexibility, initiative, independence and ability to work under pressure
