Customer Service Representative: Retail Banking 80% - 100% | Direct Bank / Service Center | Zurich | Experienced

Your tasks

• Maintaining and updating the customer book with great care
• Finding and processing individual solutions for customer inquiries regarding payment transactions and dispositions
• Accompanying customers during their emigration and initiating the first steps for a smooth handover to our international teams
• Identifying sales opportunities and forwarding them to the relevant consulting teams
• Identifying and independently implementing process optimizations, as well as collaborating on cross-team projects

Your profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship with several years of professional experience in banking
• Completed or ongoing further education at the level of a higher technical college, bachelor's degree, master's degree, or comparable qualifications desired
• Enjoyment of dialogue with our customers and strong verbal and written communication skills
• You are characterized by a high level of customer and solution orientation, as well as enthusiasm and organizational skills.
• Very good German and English skills – any additional languages are a plus
