The demand for video advice is growing continuously. Clients appreciate the convenience of personal advice via remote, allowing them to communicate with the bank from any location.

• You are responsible for a client portfolio and are committed to ensuring that our clients feel they are receiving the best possible service
• Concentrate fully on customer support throughout the entire life cycle
• You support our clients with complex matters, e.g. mortgage dispositions
• They use innovative tools, apps and video technology in customer service to create the best possible customer experience.

What we wish for

• Experience in customer service as a customer advisor
• Sound understanding and expertise in the areas of financing, investments and pensions
• Hands-on mentality, team player and curiosity to further develop our new technology
• Efficient and structured way of working and high IT efficiency
• Routine in the efficient use of IT
• Fluent German and English
