Customer sales assistance

DZ Privatbank is looking for a customer sales assistant for the Sales-PB & LC department to support customer sales and take on administrative tasks. The position requires completed banking training, at least 2 years of professional experience in sales, and very good MS Office skills.

Tasks

Your future responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring smooth and timely mail delivery
  • Support for internal and external information and communication processes
  • Independent processing of incoming mail for private banking (including priorities)
  • Administrative support for customer service representatives
  • Preparation of customer documents
  • Processing of customer-related statuses
  • Monitoring and processing internal and external mail
  • General correspondence with customers

Requirements

As a person and a professional, you should meet the following requirements:
  • Successfully completed banking training or relevant training related to private banking or wealth management (at least 2 years)
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the field of private banking, fund or securities transactions
  • Quick comprehension paired with high analytical skills
  • Service orientation, initiative, organizational skills, awareness of change and a high level of commitment
  • Proficient use of common MS Office applications (including Excel, PowerPoint) and print media
