Tasks

• Ensuring smooth and within the branch
• Support with internal and external inquiries
• Independent handling of private customer and branch business (e.g., account transfers)
• Administrative support for guest hospitality
• Processing of customer documents
• Handling customer-related matters
• Monitoring and follow-up on regulatory issues
• General correspondence with customers

Requirements

• Successfully completed banking training or comparable commercial training, relevant further training in finance is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally as a private banking or wealth management sales assistant (m/f/d)
• Quick comprehension paired with strong analytical skills
