Tasks

• Ensuring smooth and high-quality customer sales within the Wealth Management Group
• Independent management of retail banking operations and team leader (e.g., custody account contacts)
• Administrative Support for Business and Guest Consulting
• Processing of customer documents
• Editing customer-specific statuses
• Monitoring and Follow-up on Regulatory Issues
• General correspondence with customers

Requirements

• Successfully completed banking training or comparable commercial training, relevant further training in the field of finance is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role
• Quick comprehension paired with high analytical skills
• Service orientation, initiative, organizational skills, a strong commitment, and the ability to work efficiently
