Customer Sales Assistant (m/f/d)
DZ PRIVATBANK is seeking a Customer Sales Assistant (m/f/d) to support internal and branch operations and handle administrative tasks for the Head of Private Banking and Branch Managers. The position requires a completed banking apprenticeship or comparable commercial training, as well as several years of professional experience in a similar role.
Tasks
- Ensuring smooth internal and branch operations within the branch
- Support for internal and external meetings
- Independent management of private clients and branch managers (e.g., securities accounts)
- Administrative support for customer and guest services
- Processing of customer documents
- Processing customer-related documents
- Monitoring and follow-up on regulatory issues
- General correspondence with customers
Requirements
- Successful completion of a banking apprenticeship or comparable business training; relevant continuing education in finance is a plus
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally as a private banking or wealth management sales assistant (m/f/d)
