Customer Sales Assistant (m/f/d)
DZ PRIVATBANK is looking for a Customer Sales Assistant (m/f/d) for its branch in Hanover to support sales and customer service. The position requires completed banking training, several years of professional experience in a comparable role, and strong analytical skills.
Tasks
- Ensuring smooth and personalized customer contact within the branch
- Support with internal and external inquiries
- Independent handling by the retail customer manager and branch manager (e.g., branch)
- Administrative support for management, guest hospitality
- Processing of customer documents
- Handling client-specific tax matters and addressing regulatory issues
- General correspondence with customers
Requirements
- Successfully completed banking training or comparable commercial training, relevant further training in the field of finance is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally as a private banking or wealth management sales assistant (m/f/d)
- Quick comprehension paired with strong analytical skills
