Customer Sales Assistant (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Ensuring smooth and streamlined operations within the Wealth Management and Investment & Markets groups
• Independent management of personal banking relationships and group leaders (e.g., deposit accounts, contacts)
• Administrative support for customer and guest services
• Processing of customer documents
• Editing customer-related master data
• Monitoring and following up on regulatory issues
• General correspondence with customers

Requirements

• Successful completion of a banking apprenticeship or a college degree, with additional training in finance preferred
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role
• Quick comprehension paired with strong analytical skills
• Customer focus, initiative, organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently
