Customer Sales Assistant (m/f/d) Hanover Branch
DZ PRIVATBANK is looking for a Customer Sales Assistant (m/f/d) for its branch in Hanover to support sales and customer service in the private customer sector. The position requires completed banking training, several years of professional experience, and strong analytical skills.
Tasks
- Ensuring smooth and personalized customer contact within the branch
- Support with internal and external inquiries
- Independent handling of retail banking operations (e.g., custody and account management, orders, etc.)
- Administrative support for management, guest hospitality
- Processing of customer documents
- Editing customer-related master data
- Monitoring and follow-up on regulatory issues
- General correspondence with customers
Requirements
- Successfully completed banking training or comparable commercial training, relevant further training in the field of finance is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally as a private banking or wealth management sales assistant (m/f/d)
- Quick comprehension paired with strong analytical skills
