KYC Migration Analyst

Sygnum is seeking a motivated KYC Migration Analyst for a 12-month temporary project in Zurich to support the migration and digitization of customer documents. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in law, business, or finance and has 1–3 years of experience at a financial institution.

Tasks

The main tasks include:
  • Support for the migration and digitization of existing customer files
  • Pre-populating the specified CRM fields based on existing customer records
  • Close collaboration with front office, compliance, and operations teams
  • Maintaining high data quality standards throughout the entire project lifecycle

Requirements

Our ideal candidate has:
  • Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, finance, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a first- or second-line-of-defense role at a financial institution
  • Solid understanding of KYC processes, documentation, and customer lifecycle management
  • Experience with customer files, onboarding documentation, and/or CRM systems
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work
  • Ability to manage large volumes of data accurately and efficiently
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across teams
  • Fluent English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
