KYC Onboarding Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support for re-KYC workflow operations, including re-KYC processing, making changes based on data from various tools and reports, managing the process, and collaborating with compliance and other stakeholders
• Responsible for building relationships and coordinating efforts
• Delivery of Work Tasks; KPIs and a Performance Review
• Co-creation of stakeholder onboarding and update processes
• Working with Other Teams
• Research, analysis, and reporting on KPIs/SLAs

Requirements

• The candidate should be a team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Committed and highly enthusiastic about the job
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
• Work authorization within the UK (including self-sponsorship)
• Ability to think laterally and proactively
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in Excel
