Job Description
As a Private Bank Client Service Manager at JP Morgan, you will be responsible for all of your team’s activities. Your team of Client Service Associates is regionally focused on one or more bankers and their clients, based on the banker’s geographic location. The Client Service Manager will build strong working relationships with the entire team of bankers, advisors, regional managers, product partners, and compliance teams.Tasks
* Provide Client Service Associates with guidance and resources to deliver high-quality, personalized services to private banking clients and internal teams * Accurately manage the team’s daily workload and transactions, meeting established deadlines and adhering to existing compliance guidelines and procedures * Investigate, track, and resolve escalated client issues and problems in a timely and professional manner through effective interaction with clients, bankers, product partners, branches/business units, and other partners * Participate in the ongoing strategic development of the client service operating model and validate proposed ideas/plans prior to implementation * Evaluate employee performance and provide ongoing feedback through informal conversations, quarterly/semiannual performance reviews, and the annual review processRequirements
* Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, law, or a related field (or equivalent) * 5+ years of leadership experience * Strong leadership and management skills; must be able to think strategically * Self-motivated, extremely organized, and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy * Fluent in English and Spanish * Strong organizational and time management skills * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; organization and time management * Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeWe offer
