Job Description

As a Private Bank Client Service Manager at JP Morgan, you will be responsible for all activities of your team. Your team of Client Service Associates will be assigned regionally to a banker or their clients based on the banker's geographic location. The Client Service Manager will build excellent working relationships with the entire team of bankers, advisors, regional managers, product partners, and compliance teams.

Tasks

  • Equip Client Service Associates with guidance and resources to deliver high-quality, personalized services to private banking clients and internal teams
  • Manage the team's daily workload and transactions accurately, within specified deadlines, and in accordance with existing compliance policies and procedures.
  • Investigate, track, and resolve customer issues and problems identified through effective interaction with customers, bankers, product partners, branches/regional areas, and other partners in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in the ongoing strategic development of the client service operating model and validate proposed ideas/plans prior to implementation
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide continuous feedback through informal discussions, quarterly/semi-annual performance reviews, and the annual review process.

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in finance, law, or a related field (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Strong leadership and management skills; must be able to think strategically
  • Independent, extremely organized, and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Fluent English and Spanish
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; organization and time management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or comparable software
