Lead Analytics Engineer (80-100%)Tasks
- Take ownership of analytics initiatives across their entire lifecycle: scoping, design, implementation, and delivery.
- Design and maintain data pipelines and models that empower analytics, reporting, and advanced AI-driven use cases.
- Partner with business stakeholders and technical peers to translate problems into scalable, data-first solutions.
- Explore and prototype agentic AI workflows that move beyond traditional chatbot concepts, leveraging LLMs to automate meaningful, task-driven processes.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and thought partnership across our analytics problem-solving as projects demand.
Requirements
- A degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of experience working across the full data lifecycle: data engineering, analytics, architecture, AI/ML, and deployment.
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, and modern data platforms (e.g., dbt, Snowflake, Tableau/ PowerBI, Kafka).
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and ideally hands-on exposure to agentic workflows (not just chatbots).
- A broad technical toolkit, with curiosity to explore new approaches and technologies.
- A collaborative, pragmatic mindset and the ability to simplify complexity for diverse audiences.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
