Lead Architect, Order Management, 100% (f/m/d)

Tasks

• You are a member of the Lead Architects team within Global IT Architecture. Together with your colleagues from the Foundation and System Architecture teams, you are responsible for the future development of the application landscape.
• They serve as a bridge to the business unit and ensure that the business and IT architectures are aligned.
• You manage an order management reference and the architecture of the management line within an order management reference architecture.
• You are responsible for architectural decisions within your area of expertise and review them or submit them to higher-level architectural committees.
• You ensure that architectural standards within your field are adhered to.
• You define target architectures to plan the medium- to long-term development of your architectural layers: Business, Application, Data, and Technology.
• Their target architectures are coordinated with business partners and evaluated jointly to ensure that the target architectures are viable both technically and economically.
• They coordinate system architects to implement the target architecture.
• They review architectural artifacts such as solution blueprints.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Architect with responsibility for a specific domain / Enterprise Architect in a large organization.
• At least 3 years of experience in banking trading / order management.
• A strong customer focus and the ability to facilitate solutions.
• A strong interest in tracking and identifying new technology trends and subsequently integrating them into architecture.
• Win over business and IT stakeholders through strategic, solution-oriented thinking and diplomatic communication skills.
• Master's degree in engineering, e.g., from ETH or a technical university.
• Practical experience in software development.
• Optional: Practical experience with IBM OTMS.
• Optional: TOGAF or SaFe certification.
