Lead Auditor - Risk, Treasury, Trading or Investment Products
As Lead Auditor at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you will be responsible for independently planning and conducting audits in the areas of Risk, Treasury, Trading or Investment Products. Your tasks include auditing, reporting and monitoring measures as well as working with various stakeholders.
Your role
As a Lead Auditor at the bank, you will use your experience in Risk, Treasury, Trading or Investment Products in independent audits. The area of responsibility essentially comprises the independent planning and execution of audits, including reporting.Your tasks
- Assuming the role of Lead Auditor, including target- and deadline-oriented planning, independent execution, and timely communication of the results of end-to-end audits
- Writing informative reports
- Acting as a sparring partner for management
- Monitoring the implementation of measures
- Preparing statements for the attention of the Head of Group Internal Audit, the Board of Directors or decision-makers from the line management
- Participation in special clarifications and projects
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert
Your profile
- Banking apprenticeship, banking specialist or higher education in business administration (university, university of applied sciences), CIA, CPA, CFA or similar; a degree in auditing is an advantage
- 5 years of experience as lead auditor in bank auditing (bank or auditing company) as well as profound knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Risk, Treasury, Trading or Investment Products
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience with Avaloq is an advantage
- Ability to weigh and prioritize problems and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work with different stakeholders and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic, integrity and a high sense of responsibility
- Willingness to travel abroad (approx. 40 days per year)
- Fluency in German and English with the ability to write meaningful texts in English; knowledge of French or Spanish is an advantage
