Lead, Cyber Risk - Application Assessment

Tasks

The position involves participation in a corporate project that includes the assessment of applications for resilience risks. These applications are critical to important business services (IBS). The duties include:

• data collection
• Workshop facilitation
• Documentation of results
• consensus building
• Tracking identified vulnerabilities

Requirements

The position requires:

• Strong knowledge of the inherent cyber and resilience risks in the financial services industry
• Deep understanding and experience with information security, risk assessments, and security risk management principles
• Excellent analytical skills to identify problems and develop and communicate strategic solutions
• Organizational and communication skills to coordinate risk-related activities with colleagues and senior management
• Ability to quantitatively measure and assess risks
• Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills to adapt communication style to the needs of the audience
• Self-motivated individual who works with minimal supervision

Experience and qualifications

The position requires:

• A bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of IT experience, including but not limited to: cyber and business resilience, cybersecurity, risk management, IT risk and control, and IT audit
• CRISC, CISM, CISA, CISSP, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.
