Lead, Cyber Security Engineer

Tasks

• Responsible for the design, implementation, and management of enterprise teams based on the organization's roadmap, with a focus on the data lifecycle (DDLT).
• Leading cutting-edge initiatives, including improvements to Identity and Access Management (IAM), threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and security awareness programs.
• Collaborate with various teams, including IT, Legal, Compliance, and Business, to integrate security across the entire company.
• Led the development and implementation of DDLT program policies and procedures, and managed a team of over 30 IT staff members.
• Managing up to 30 security engineers and analysts in various areas such as cloud security, forensics, and other threat response domains.
• Monitoring and automation of the entire enterprise identity program across all digital endpoints.
• Managing, monitoring, and improving the IT company's audit, vulnerability, and compliance strategy.
• Ensuring a strong security posture through policies, procedures, best practices, and automation.
• Development, implementation, and use of the DDLT toolkit to foster a stronger security culture.
• Training staff on safety issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers, solution partners, and colleagues to implement security improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with security vendors, solution partners, and colleagues to implement security features into the solution.
• Providing technical and vendor leadership for host solution teams.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in networking and Zero Trust (ZTNA).
• In-depth knowledge of IAM principles, tokenization, and role-based access control.
• Experience with automated access reviews and MFA.
• Familiarity with SSO frameworks, centralized identity management, and SAML.
• Expertise in modern, privileged, and compromised access controls.
• Practical experience in configuring cloud IAM (AWS IAM, GCP IAM, and/or Azure AD).
• Experience with KMS/Vaults.
• 5+ years of experience in DDLT Security or Platform Engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science.
• Proficiency with one or more tools (IAM IDaaS, IAGN) is a plus.
• Proven success in ITAP standards.
• Leadership skills and experience in team management.
• Effective skills in cross-functional and stakeholder collaboration.
