Tasks

• Support in the monitoring and maintenance of program documentation, including creation, review and approval cycles
• Collaborate with the Cyber GRC Risk team in supporting the conduct of risk assessments and reporting
• Collaborate with the Cyber GRC Compliance team in supporting the implementation of assurance processes, including control monitoring, surveillance and reporting
• Collaborate with the Cyber GRC Governance team in supporting the effective implementation of cyber governance reporting and issue tracking within the organization
• Drive automation, analytics and continuous improvement of processes for your services and within the team
• Work with various stakeholders to integrate cyber risk management practices into all aspects of the business
• Up-to-date information on new threats, trends and regulatory changes and ensuring that NT's cyber risk services are adapted accordingly
• Function as a resource for guidelines and development, guidance for less experienced employees

Requirements

• Significant experience in cyber security risk management and reporting
• Strong expertise in cyber security frameworks, risk management methods and regulatory compliance
• Experience managing large-scale cyber security assessments and mitigation programs in complex environments
• Innovative thinking and adaptability to change
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and communication skills to coordinate risk-related activities with colleagues and management
• High level of attention to detail
• Relevant certification such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC or similar
