Lead, Cyber Security IT Risk Management (DLP)

Job description

Tasks

• Develop and implement various types of policies including data loss prevention, file type, cloud app control and tenant restrictions within the Zscaler platform.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, analyze and implement requirements for effective DLP monitoring.
• Monitor DLP alerts, investigate potential data leaks triggered by policy violations and take appropriate risk mitigation actions, including restricting user access or escalating to security teams.
• Produce reports on DLP activity, including data leakage trends, false positive rates and policy effectiveness, to inform security strategy and compliance requirements.
• Technical support for DLP-related problems, troubleshooting configuration issues and answering questions about policy implementation and best practices.
• Familiarity with network protocols, security concepts such as firewalls, proxy servers and network traffic analysis to identify potential data leaks.
• Support in the implementation of data loss prevention and guidance in unit tests and documentation support.
• Determination of operational feasibility through evaluation, analysis, problem definition, creation of requirements and proposal of solutions.
• Collaboration with Enterprise Architecture and Security Authority organization as required.
• Review documentation, processes or procedures and recommend where automation or improvements can be implemented.
• Work independently, have in-depth knowledge of business area/function; fulfill engineering and organizational mission by completing related tasks as required.
• As a subject matter expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth advice and guidance to the team and partners.

Requirements

• Experience in information security.
• Information security certification.
• Experience with Zscaler DLP, Broadcom DLP; Secure Email, Azure Security with AIR, MIP and MCAS.
• In-depth knowledge of data loss prevention principles, data classification methods, regular expressions and data masking techniques.
