Lead DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) - eBanking

Your tasks

• Taking Responsibility in Our Collaboration—with Each Other and Together!
• Design and Development: You will lead our DevOps team in designing our business and application platform, as well as teams responsible for technical implementation
• Coaching and guiding team development, as well as promoting best practices (SBT, Clean Code, TDD, CI/CD, and observability)
• Ensuring the technical infrastructure for the dynamic software development of our DevOps teams
• Coaching and developing developers using our internal cloud (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and DevOps tools

Your profile

• A completed degree (university, university of applied sciences, or vocational college) in (business) information technology or comparable training
• Several years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java and WebGL applications
• Excellent knowledge of Java, Angular, Spring (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring Security), as well as Oracle and PostgreSQL databases. Knowledge of Kotlin is a plus.
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes in development, deployment, operations, and production services
• Proven experience in the software development of intent-based (DevOps/Agile) tools, including CI/CD, observability, and security, as well as scaling, CI/CD, and observability
• A team- and customer-oriented individual with a high level of self-motivation
• Friendly, easygoing, and communicative personality
• Enjoyment of taking on responsibility and serving as a technical point of contact
• Excellent German language skills; English skills are a plus
