The Lead Engineer Wealth Mgmt Client360 is responsible for developing data products and services to help partners retain and acquire clients. The candidate should have experience in financial institutions, specifically wealth management, as well as knowledge of machine learning, data management and modern engineering practices.
Job description
Tasks
- Creation and operation of reusable data products and services that integrate and unify client and partner applications
- Development of data practices using machine learning, generative AI, LLMs and other growing technologies
- Engagement with wealth management business leaders to understand business needs and lead data modeling, solution and model implementation
- Execution of solution creation and business capability
- Promoting a collaborative team structure through whiteboarding and open design discussions
- Support and promotion of young technology leaders
- Influencing the team through knowledge and data and helping to create end-to-end solution considerations
Requirements
- Experience in financial institutions, preferably in wealth management
- Understanding the importance of technology, particularly in the context of public/private cloud, data management and financial services regulation
- Experience in Knowledge Graphs, Entity Resolution, Recommendation Engines, Search Engines and LLMs
- Strong understanding of APIs and data distribution methods, including GraphQL, Rest, Streaming and others
- Experience with Open API and/or Swagger
- Experience with test frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Playwright etc.
- Experience with Neo4j Graph Database, Knowledge Graphs, Entity Resolution, Recommendation Engines
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, Document DBs such as MongoDB or Cosmos DB
- Strong understanding of data modeling techniques and their application
- Experience with Data Integration Platforms: Databricks, Snowflake etc.
- Experience with Data Lakehouse and Medallion Architecture
- Strong understanding of messaging and streaming technologies such as Kafka, Azure Event
