As Lead Engineer Wealth Mgmt Client360, you will be responsible for leading a high-priority project aimed at creating a comprehensive view of clients and developing data-driven solutions for wealth management. You will work closely with various teams to develop innovative solutions based on Machine Learning, Generative AI and other technologies.

Tasks
- Leading the Client360 initiative, a high priority and visible project that is fundamental to the WM data strategy
- Development of solutions that answer the following questions:
- Who is our customer?
- What does our customer have?
- How does our customer behave?
- Creation of reusable data products and services that integrate and unify client-facing and partner-facing applications
- Integration of Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs and other growing technologies to ensure a superior customer experience
- Definition of standards for data quality, data reliability and data security
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced organization
- Management of data modeling, solution and model implementation
- Support in the execution of solution creation and business capability
Requirements
- Experience in the financial sector, preferably in wealth management
- Understanding the importance of technology, particularly with regard to public/private cloud, data management and financial services regulations
- Experience with:
- Knowledge Graphs
- Entity Resolution
- Recommendation Engines
- Search Engines
- LLMs
- Strong understanding of APIs and data distribution methods, including GraphDB, Redis, streaming and others
- Experience with:
- Open API and/or Swagger
- Test frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Playwright etc.
- Neo4J Graph Database
- Relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server
- Document DBs such as MongoDB or Cosmos DB Engines
- Strong understanding of data modeling techniques and their application
- Experience with data integration platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, etc.
- Experience with Data Lakehouse and Medallion architecture
- Strong understanding of messaging and streaming technologies such as Kafka, Azure Event
