Responsibilities

• Define and lead the development of technology strategies and data architectures to create technologies that enable the organization to fulfill its mission.
• Organizational Development
• Workforce Planning

Architectural Design and Integration

• Architecture of integrated enterprise solutions that include cloud-based web interfaces, data and analytics platforms, and AI/ML development tools to ensure seamless integration.
• Ensuring compliance with system integration principles, security policies, company-wide system integration, and best practices for digital transformation.
• Collaborate with other units to ensure alignment with organizational goals and overarching IT architecture goals and standards. Provide technical and strategic guidance to ensure successful project execution.
• Define and lead the development of technology strategies and data architectures while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, managing risk, and overseeing project execution to deliver exceptional products and services.
• Definition and implementation of recording systems (SoR/S), AI, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Leading teams in the delivery of system solutions and engineering systems.

Performance and Development

• Participation in PMO, Agile, and DevOps/SRE practices.
