- Automation of the environment and optimization of the configuration, including processes, to meet even demanding SLAs
- Monitoring current trends and technologies in the HSM sector and assessing the potential for our company
- Taking the lead for the further development of the environment and developing solutions in collaboration with the application teams
- Analysis of problems, troubleshooting and performance optimization in collaboration with the infrastructure and application teams
- On-call duty for technical faults and access to the key team in an on-call group
