Tasks

• Automating Digital Governance Development
• Playing a central role in shaping the automation strategy by supporting more than 800 solution partners and services
• Collaborating with the Legal and Digital Governance teams on the development of the roadmap for automation workflows
• Regular design and implementation of digital governance capabilities and integration of automation workflows
• Management of specific business processes and automation case studies; conducting training sessions on workflows to ensure user acceptance
• Definition of automation and the automation of key automation and digital governance workflows
• Analysis of process bottlenecks, design of optimization strategies, and implementation of end-to-end automation solutions
• Article on Automation Roadmaps, Prioritization, and KPI Reporting Planning
• Recommendation and implementation of scalable automation architectures while ensuring low-code/no-code development
• Managing data-driven dashboards for data automation and key developments
• Presentation of samples to key stakeholders using technical and explanatory language to illustrate automation results
• Collaborate with the data, security, infrastructure, applications, and engineering teams to deliver automation solutions
• Proactive automation of the lead structure and ongoing recommendations to the organization

Requirements

• Degree (Bachelor's/Master's) in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in cybersecurity, identity and access management, automation engineering, corporate governance, or related fields
• Advanced understanding of automation patterns and methodologies, including API integrations and data manipulation techniques
• Background in Agile, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies with expertise in digital automation processes
• Completion of specific IT certifications or identity certifications (e.g., OCP, CISA, CISM, CISSP, Git)
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
• Experience working with enterprise applications and security platforms (e.g., BPM, low-code/no-code, and workflow engineering)
• A proactive approach, excellent business acumen, and operational excellence
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills
