Lead IT Asset and Configuration Management (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Technical responsibility for Service Configuration Management, including CM processes
• IT Management
• Communication
• Experience with CMDB tools and IT asset management systems, as well as their integration into existing IT environments
• Ability to analyze complex requirements, translate them into clear, actionable plans, and implement them pragmatically within the bank

Your profile

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field
• Several years of verifiable experience in defining, implementing, and managing asset management and/or configuration management processes in a medium-sized to large organization, ideally in a regulated environment (e.g., banking, insurance)
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL practices, particularly in the area of IT asset and configuration management
• Experience in setting up and operating management systems, as well as their integration
• Commitment and a willingness to contribute to a banking organization
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to persuade various stakeholders
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills (at least C1)
