Lead IT Asset and Configuration Management (m/f/d)
Zürcher Kantonalbank is seeking an experienced manager in Zurich for IT Asset and Configuration Management to optimize processes and drive the IT strategy forward. The position requires in-depth knowledge of ITIL, experience in regulated environments, and strong communication skills to manage complex IT processes.
Your tasks
- Working independently in an autonomous operational area within an IT process of medium to high complexity, scalable within the lifecycle integration in a regulated environment (e.g., banking, insurance)
- Coordinate the IT asset lifecycle and design the development of "as-is" models for future systems (IT4IT, ISO/IEC 19770, etc.)
Your profile
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field
- Several years of verifiable experience in defining, implementing, and managing IT asset management and/or configuration management processes in a medium- to large-sized organization, ideally in a regulated environment (e.g., banking, insurance)
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly in the area of IT asset and configuration management
- Experience with CMDB tools and IT asset management systems, as well as their integration into existing IT environments
- Ability to analyze complex requirements, translate them into clear, actionable process models, and implement them pragmatically within the bank
- Strong communication and facilitation skills to persuade various stakeholders, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills (at least C1)
