Lead, IT Risk Management
The Lead IT Risk Management is responsible for conducting global IT risk management and control assessments and is expected to promote a strong technology risk culture within the organization. The incumbent will perform risk and control assessments for critical financial transaction systems and assist with reporting and issue tracking.
Job description: Lead, IT Risk Management
Tasks
- Lead the execution of global IT control and risk assessments to ensure smooth execution of risk and control assessments, including review of work performed by external contractors.
- Lead and perform control and risk assessments for various technology areas, including critical financial transaction systems and their supporting infrastructure.
- Support Control Officers in managing executive reporting, issue tracking and resolution, and measuring risk tolerance.
- Influence behavior to reduce risk and promote a strong technology risk management culture across the organization.
Requirements
Your knowledge and skills
- Excellent presentation skills (PowerPoint presentations for management etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the development of IT risk and control matrices
- Significant experience in risk and control self-assessment and control testing
- Significant experience in the execution of projects, including inherent risk assessment, control assessment and residual risk assessment
- Significant experience in delivering control testing projects in various technology areas (cloud management, identity and access management, vendor risk management, IT governance, IT strategy, information security operations, change management, systems development, IT asset management, etc.)
Knowledge
- Is a technical expert with in-depth knowledge in his field and strong knowledge in other areas.
- Requires excellent analytical, consultative and communication skills, strong judgment and the ability to work effectively with clients, IT management and staff, vendors and consultants.

Salary
- $83,100 - $141,200 USD (salary range is a good estimate of base salary)
