Overview

In this newly created role, you will be involved right from the start. You can get involved and help develop our new concierge service offering. Together with your team, you will be the face of our branches and ensure that customers become fans. We are looking for someone who is passionate about turning customer visits into an experience.

Tasks

• In advance:
  • You are responsible for all internal processes, plan, coordinate and implement assignments and actively provide support.
• Key topics:
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that customers are greeted and approached in the best possible way, that they are carried and that securities and valuables are handled in a way that ensures a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Your offer:
  • Thanks to your experience in banking or the cooperative hotel and restaurant industry, you define standards and methods for dealing with customers.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in banking or hotel / gastronomy
• Federal certificate in banking or the hotel / catering industry
• Language skills:
  • German (business fluent)
  • French (very good knowledge)
  • Italian (basic knowledge)
  • English (very good knowledge)
• Methodological competence in supervision and coaching
