Lead Branch Concierge (all)
Migros Bank is looking for a Lead Branch Concierge who will act as the first point of contact for customers and turn their visit into an experience. The new employee will help develop the concierge service and, together with their team, shape the face of the branches.
Overview
In this newly created role, you will be involved right from the start. You can get involved and help develop our new concierge service. You will have the opportunity to help shape the face of our branches with your team and ensure that customers become fans. However, we are not just looking for the one personality who is passionate about making customer visits an experience.Tasks
- You will be responsible for ensuring that customers are greeted and approached in the best possible way, that they are carried and that securities and valuables are handled in a way that ensures a high level of customer satisfaction.
- You have experience in banking or the cooperative hotel and restaurant industry. You standard and methods in dealing with customers.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in banking or hotel / gastronomy
- Federal certificate in banking or the hotel / catering industry
- Language skills:
- German (business fluent)
- French (very good knowledge)
- Italian (basic knowledge)
- English (very good knowledge)
- Methodological competence in supervision and coaching
